St. Andrew is a community of believers dedicated to seeking and growing while loving and serving.  We affirm the worth and dignity of all people. We are all created by God in God’s image, and God found all of creation to be good.  Just as Jesus welcomed everyone into fellowship, especially those marginalized by society, we welcome and value people of every race, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, sex, gender, physical or mental ability, socioeconomic status, political affiliation, marital status, family structure, country of origin, and citizenship.

We recognize that historically the Christian church has condemned and/or marginalized entire groups of people through unloving actions and words, as well as inaction and silence. This grieves God, and it grieves us.

We, as a congregation and as individuals, following the Holy Spirit’s lead, will continue to learn and work toward ensuring that St. Andrew is a place where all people are welcomed and loved, whether you are a believer, a seeker, or someone in between.

THE GOOD NEWS IS THIS:  We are all God’s beloved children, and we rejoice that all are welcome to participate fully in the life of St. Andrew in worship, fellowship, service, baptism, communion, marriage, membership, ministry, and leadership.
